Guy ROSSI sets the new world
record for the Deca Triathlon held in Mexico, 16th - 30th November
2008, for more than 60 years:
10 days 22 hours
Guy über seinen
Wettkampf:
"I think I could have done much better if I hadn’t
been suffering from an intestinal infection during the cycling stage (1
800 km) and hadn’t fallen from the bike, causing a small
intercostal tear which handicapped me in the running stage.
But, that’s life, and I think that in such a race, each of us
had his own miseries… "
Guy über XTENEX:
"About Xtenex laces ?
Difficult to run without Xtenex!...
I succeeded in running 422 kilometers without any blisters, in spite of
the heat which made my feet swell.
Great to be able to slip on and off the shoes without hurting my feet
which were very sensitive, after more than 20 hours running per day
over a period of 4 and a half days.
I abandonned my
used shoes in Mexico, but I kept my Xtenex laces
!”
